For your protection and to provide a smooth return process, please read the following return conditions carefully before returning your item:

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
The merchandise must be in pristine condition, unused or undamaged, with the original packaging intact.
All accompanying accessories, warranty cards, manuals and other relevant documents must be complete and returned together.
Returns will be subject to shipping charges, and returns not caused by quality issues will require the customer to bear 20% of the production and shipping costs


If you meet the above return conditions and decide to return the item, please follow the steps below:

Item name and quantity
Reason for return and detailed description
Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible after receiving your return request with further instructions and a return address.

Upon receipt of the return address, please package the merchandise securely and include the relevant information provided in the return request.

Send the returned merchandise back to the specified return address via a reliable logistics service of your choice.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise and confirm that it is eligible for return.

Refunds will be made according to your original payment method, usually within a few business days of processing confirmation.

Precautions

Please ensure that you retain the relevant waybill number and tracking information during the return process so that you can track the status of your return.
Before the returned item arrives, we recommend that you keep photos of the item and related documents as a backup.
