Return & Refund Policy Thank you for shopping with Gooob. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Please email support@gooob.com with your order number, item name and quantity, and reason for return. We will review the request and confirm authorization and shipping instructions before you send anything back.
Return conditions
- Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with included accessories, manuals, and documents, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- For returns not caused by a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% fee based on production and shipping costs. This fee will not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
- We will provide return authorization and instructions by email. Please do not send a return before receiving them.

Refunds After the authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it is eligible. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
